The right candidate will have excellent technical skills and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. This person must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and must possess a high degree of integrity, the ability to analyze a variety of problems and work independently. This position requires mature judgment and initiative. Time management and organizational skills are essential.

Pay Scale: DOE
Work Hours: 7:00 am-3:30 pm or when the job is finished. overtime as needed
Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards. Providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Required Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
· Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
· Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
· Customer service skills
· Demonstrate a willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
· Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
· Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
· S-2, D-2, P-2 or B-2 License
Desired Qualifications:
· Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School
· 2+ years of experience
· Insurable driving record*
